Our commitment

We are committed to making burj-khalifa-tickets.shop accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer).
• Sufficient colour contrast (≥ 4.5:1 for body text).
• Keyboard-navigable checkout flow with visible focus indicators.
• Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images.
• Form fields with associated <label> elements and inline error messages.
• Mobile-responsive layout from 320 px upwards.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion.

Known limitations

Some third-party content (Viator iframe at booking step) may not fully meet WCAG AA. We are working with Viator to improve this.

Feedback

This Site is regularly reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA. Accessibility improvements are deployed on a rolling basis.
